A month post-surgery, my body craves movement, flow, and sensation. There are strange areas of numbness and electric currents where my body is working to reconnect, to bridge the old with the new. This 22-minute practice is an invitation to be your own bridge—calling back strength, connection, and vital life force energy: chi, prana, the essence of life. Recovery often asks for stillness, but I hope this flow feels like water moving gently under the bridge, guiding you toward renewal.
