A Pilates class designed to build strength in the lower body through lots of glute WERK! We focus on unilateral work to strengthen stabilizers and tend to our left and right sides equally. No props required.
Deep abdominal activation to feel alive, connected and HELD. The whole body will be vibrating (in the best way). Optional prop: small towel.
Think of this as a midday pick-me-up – we get into the joints, untangle physical knots, breathe deep, play with pranayama and close with a restorative, self soothing technique. Optional prop: yoga block.
